Flat welded ring flange with loose sleeve is movable flange. It is directly connected with bolts for pipelines and equipment in engineering.

When prices are high, save money. When the pipe material is special, the cost of welding the same material is high.
Disadvantages:
Low acceptance pressure.
Low strength at weld ring (especially below 3mm thickness)
