The tank of the stainless steel mixing tank is charged, and then stirred. After the stirring, the uniform discharge is performed, which is the requirement of stirring, but the characteristics and the loading amount of the stainless steel stirring tank are not known. Let me give you a detailed introduction below.
There is a certain relationship between the stainless steel mixing tank and the charging material. The following is a small series to explain the relationship between them:
One-time loading refers to the preparation of the charging before the first working of the mixing tank is started. After the reaction is completed, all the materials are discharged, and no material is added or unloaded in the middle. Suitable types of reactions for this type of operation include gas phase reactions, liquid phase reactions, and liquid-solid heterogeneous reactions.
The mixing process of one charge is convenient to operate and has a high safety factor. It will not affect the output of the mixing tank but will make the mixing more uniform and more detailed.
After knowing the volume of the material to be filled during the operation of the agitating tank, the road should consider the selection of the appropriate aspect ratio (H/D:) and the amount of charge to determine the diameter and height of the cylinder. The aspect ratio is particularly important for the requirements of the mixing tank. It involves the efficiency, effect and special requirements of the mixing. There are three main aspects: 1. Mixing power 2. Transfer pad 3. Material stirring reaction characteristics itself.
The charging amount is the charging coefficient, the mixing tank should be reasonably selected when the mixing container is designed, and the utilization rate of the equipment should be increased as much as possible. The usual charging coefficient η can be 0.6-0.85 if the material is foaming during the reaction. Or it may take 0.6-0.7 in boiling state. If the material reaction is relatively stable, η may take 0.8-0.85 (the viscosity of the material may be large).
