1. Consult technical information to understand the defects found in the manufacture, installation, and use of the stirred tank.
2. The internal medium of the mixing tank is removed, and the equipment and piping connected to it are separated by blind plates, and there should be obvious partition marks.
3. The residual gas in the stirred tank is subjected to displacement cleaning treatment, and sampling and analysis meet safety standards.
4. Open all the holes in the mixing tank, remove the inner parts of the tank, and remove the dirt on the inner wall.
5. When entering the in-tank inspection, a low-voltage explosion-proof lamp with a voltage not exceeding 12V or 24V should be used, and special monitoring must be carried out outside the tank. When the power supply voltage of the inspection instrument and repair tool exceeds 36V, a well-insulated cord and a reliable ground wire must be used.
6. The tank area should be equipped with fire, safety and ambulance facilities. If you need to do hot work, you must go through the procedures for approval of the fire.
