Stainless steel stirred tanks to have strong corrosion resistance, but they have been used for many years. In addition, they may cause corrosion during use.
1. The surface of the stainless steel tank contains dust or other metal particles attached to other metal elements. In humid air, the condensed water between the attached material and the stainless steel tank connects the two into a micro-battery, triggering an electrochemical reaction. The protective film is destroyed, which is called electrochemical corrosion.
2. The surface of the stainless steel tank adheres to the organic juice, and in the case of water and oxygen, it constitutes an organic acid, and the organic acid corrodes the metal surface for a long time.
3. The surface of the stainless steel tank adheres to acid, alkali, and salt, causing local corrosion.
4. In the polluted air, in the case of condensed water, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and acetic acid liquid spots are formed, causing chemical corrosion.
The equipment is large and small. No matter what kind of equipment, if it is not properly maintained during the trial process, it will not be operated according to the fixed instructions, then its original life will be shortened.
1. It should be installed on a sturdy and level workbench. The height of the workbench is determined according to the use conditions. There should be a certain space around the equipment and the workbench (≥360cm) for installation and post-maintenance.
2. The installation shaft is required to be perpendicular to the ground level, and the non-perpendicularity (inclination) shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment.
3. Self-supplied spare parts and safety valves on each process of the equipment itself must be equipped according to the requirements of the reactor.
4. After the installation is completed, check whether the connecting parts and transmission parts are firm and reliable. The connecting pipes, nozzles, seals and the whole machine should be tested for airtightness without any bubbles, drops, drops or leaks.
