1. Whether the valve is in good condition, whether the opening or closing is correct;
2. Whether the level gauge and the protective cover are intact or the liquid level display is correct, sensitive and reliable; prevent the false liquid level indication caused by the liquid level meter;
3. Whether the electrical switch of the pump is in good condition, sensitive and reliable.
4. If compressed gas is used for the press, check that the pressure gauge is sensitive and reliable.
5. You must contact the relevant departments and personnel before each feeding, and should cooperate with the operation.
When carrying out pressing operations with corrosive materials and toxic materials, wear necessary protective equipment, especially to protect the eyes and prevent materials from entering the mouth and touching the skin. Stand in a safe place and observe the liquid level. The maximum load should not exceed 85% of its volume.
When the material stored in the storage tank in the mixing tank is inflammable and explosive, the wrench used for the switch valve shall be made of copper or alloy material, and it is not allowed to be hit with an iron.
When using the material, the pressure should be strictly controlled, and the pressure should not exceed the specified pressure. The pressure valve should be carefully opened to open the vent valve.
