1. Place the tons of barrels on the inspection platform and observe them by hand around the four sides. Check that the screws are in place and that the connections are secure.
2. Pull the valve to see if the valve connection is loose or staggered, then place the valve in the open position, and introduce a special intake seal cover from the upper port to intake air.
3. Close the valve to inflate and the air pressure should be 2 MPa.Check the valve and the root of the IBC tank for leaks, apply special foaming liquid, and observe for 5 minutes.
4. Repeat the valve three times, brush the special foaming liquid, and observe whether there is air leakage at the butterfly valve or the ball valve.
