1. Before using the stainless steel reactor, check whether the kettle, the agitator, the rotating part, the auxiliary equipment, the indicator instrument, the safety valve, the pipeline, and the valve meet the safety requirements. Check if water, electricity, and gas meet safety requirements.
2. Before the feeding, the stirrer of the reaction kettle should be opened first. When there is no noise and normal, the material is added to the reaction kettle, and the amount of the feed should not exceed the process requirements. Before opening the steam valve, open the air valve first, then open the air inlet valve. Open the steam valve should be slow so that it is preheated to the jacket, and gradually increase the pressure inside the jacket is not allowed to exceed the specified value. The steam valve and the cooling valve cannot be started at the same time, and the steam line is not allowed to hammer and collide when it is over-gas. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the water valve and then open the water valve. The cooling water pressure must not be lower than 0.1 MPa, nor higher than 0.2 MPa. For water ring vacuum pumps, the water must be pumped before the pump is turned on. When the pump is stopped, stop the pump and stop the water, and the water in the pump should be removed. Check the operation of the reactor at any time, and find that the abnormality should be stopped for maintenance. When cleaning the titanium epoxy (enamel) reactor, it is not allowed to brush the reactor with alkaline water, taking care not to damage the enamel.
3. After the stainless steel reactor is used, the stirring is stopped, the power is turned off, and various valves are closed. When shoveling the pot, you must cut off the power of the mixer, hang warning signs, and set up monitoring. The stainless steel reaction kettle must be subjected to periodic technical inspection according to the requirements of the pressure vessel. If the inspection is unqualified, it shall not be driven.
