Make sure that the flange of the device does not leak oil. The device request and the problems to be noted are as follows
1. Stainless steel flanges should have sufficient strength and must not be deformed when tightened. The flange sealing surface should be smooth and clean, and the oil and rust should be carefully disposed of when the device is installed.
2. The gasket should have good oil and aging resistance, as well as better elasticity and mechanical strength. The device should be sealed with different cross-sections and sizes according to the shape of the joint, and placed correctly.
3. The stainless steel flange fastening force should be divided on average, and the amount of rubber cushion tightening should be controlled at about 1/3.
