There are many welding processes for stainless steel tanks, but in the production of stainless steel tanks, the most commonly used is argon arc welding, which is usually manual welding. Then in the argon arc welding, we need low current, fast welding speed, short arc narrow pass welding, so that the temperature between the control layers should be controlled below 100 degrees. Of course, the welding materials used should be matched, otherwise, the welding effect will be affected.
In order to avoid hot cracking in welding, high-quality hydrogen welding rod with low carbon content should be selected. Welding type should be filled with arc pits, and arc closure should be slow to form crescent type arc closure. The time interval of arc extinguishing should be well grasped. The next welding should be carried out before the last arc turns dark red.
By paying attention to these operations, high-quality stainless steel tanks can be welded.
