1.Butt weld ring loose flange
Definition: Weld ring loose flange is a movable flange, which is usually matched with the water supply and drainage fittings.
Advantage:
(1) Cost savings.
(2)Can be used for inconvenient welding, inconvenient processing or high strength requirements. Such as plastic pipes, glass steel pipes and the like.
(3)Easy to construct.
Disadvantages:
(1) Understand low pressure.
(2) The strength of the weld ring is low (especially when the thickness is less than 3mm).
2.Flat weld ring loose flange
The flat weld ring loose flange is a movable flange. Connect directly to the pipes and equipment in the project.
The purpose of using a flat welding ring to loosen the flange is generally to save material. The structure is divided into two parts. One part of the tube is connected to the pipe, one end is made into a flange, and the flange part is placed on the flange.
3.Scope of application:
Suitable for connection of non-ferrous metals such as steel, aluminum and stainless acid-resistant steel container and corrosion-resistant pipeline.
