The installation and commissioning methods for stainless steel stirred tanks are as follows:
1. Check the equipment for serious damage and severe deformation during transportation, and check whether the fasteners of the equipment are loose.
2. The device is mounted horizontally on a solid foundation using pre-embedded anchor bolts.
3. Under the guidance of professionals, carry out the correct installation of equipment, electrical control devices and accessories, and check whether the pipeline is unblocked, whether the installed instrument is correct, and whether there is any damage. Before starting the equipment, please check whether the inside and outside of the equipment and the surrounding area have any influence. The person or object in which the equipment is functioning properly exists to avoid danger.
4. After installation, please perform a trial run for a few seconds to confirm that there is no electrical short circuit or no abnormal sound before you can perform a short test run.
5. If the mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, an appropriate amount of 10# or sewing machine oil must be injected into the lubrication groove of the machine seal before the main engine is started. The cooling water must be supplied into the cooling chamber of the machine seal so that the machine sealing device is well lubricated and cool down. The mechanical seal is not adjusted at the factory. After installation, adjust the machine seal to the best position according to the installation and operation instructions, in order to operate normally (according to user needs).
6. After the equipment is in normal operation, please check the bearing temperature, smoothness of operation, tightness, etc., and whether the meter is normal.
