The electrode should be kept dry when used, titanium calcium type should be dried at 150℃ for 1 hour, low a hydrogen type should be dried at 200-250℃ for 1 hour (cannot be repeatedly dried, otherwise the coating is easy to crack and peel off), to prevent the welding rod coating from sticking oil and other dirt, so as not to increase the carbon content of welding seam and affect the quality of welding parts. When stainless steel flange pipe fitting is welded, it is heated repeatedly to precipitate carbides, which reduces corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
